You will be the guide who takes the participants through a Great Learning journey. You will be talking to them, helping them, supporting them, motivating them and will be their constant companion until they achieve their learning outcomes

• Ownership of end-to-end learning journey of the participants to ensure learning outcomes are met and participants have a Great Learning experience with high satisfaction levels
• Being the first point of contact for participants, troubleshoot queries and manage discussions
• Complete ownership of all the Program Office responsibilities around scheduling and delivery activities, including but not limited to, online sessions, webinars, evaluations, grading, presentations etc. This will require engagement with a variety of stakeholders like senior managers, academicians, industry professionals and many other internal and external stakeholders
• Consistent and thorough monitoring of participants’ performance and engagement using various program trackers to ensure each participant gets personalized experience in terms of support and learning experience. This will require forging meaningful relationships with the participants 
• Management, identification and implementation of processes for smoother program management to ensure a consistent and trouble free learning experience

We are looking to hire passionate Inside Sales professionals for our Sales team. It'll be a remote opportunity/WFH at the moment and will be based in either Gurgaon or Bangalore post re-opening of office. The role involves high volume calling coupled with attractive monthly incentives!

Your primary job responsibility will include (and not limited to):

• Driving inquiries & admissions for the online/blended learning programs offered for the International/Domestic Markets
• Looking after entire sales life cycle: starting from engaging with the large volume of well-qualified leads till the final conversion i.e. enrollment in the program
• Counseling experienced professionals via call, email or in-person on which course will be useful to their career progression and suggest the best options
• Updating and maintaining MIS reports

• Manage and optimize online campaigns to drive Growth in target international markets
• Strategize and monitor performance marketing as well as organic campaigns to generate leads for our courses.
• Work with sales teams to drive the end outcomes of generating enrolments into the program
• Monitor lead quantity and quality metrics to maximize enrolments within the defined budgets
• Plan and implement engagement activities for lead nurturing (for example - webinars, email-based outreach, cross-sell, etc)
• Prepare and/or review marketing collaterals for various courses
  
• Identify new partners and channels to grow leads at top of the funnel
• Create daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to drive business goals
• Provide insights into market conditions, competitor activity, and customer behaviour, etc
  

• Execute the filming of high quality professional audio and video footage (arrange for and operate required camera, audio and lighting equipment) and work with the talent to deliver within required schedules learning content video assets
• Correctly estimate and communicate the time and effort needed to perform tasks.
• Contribute to the conceptualization of projects.
• Edit content in collaboration with the content team to an exceptional standard and create repeatable / streamlined processes for on-going and future project needs
• Ideate, create and manipulate complementary compelling and dynamic animated and static graphics to improve comprehension of filmed learning content and concepts
• Create basic video edits - automated audio syncing, colour correction and grading, audio noise removal, trimming of non-content footage, basic titling and logging of content
• Work with the content team to determine methods to improve learning (notes, multi-windows, illustrations, other learning aids) and technically execute the recommendations throughout the lifecycle of a production
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of content (continuity, lip sync, focus, order of topics, segmentation into clips)
• Create the final cut rendered in appropriate formats
• Be responsible for the backup and archival of final cut content according to SOP guidelines
• Consult and communicate effectively with team members and other company stakeholders and interface with other departments to execute ad-hoc video projects as required
• Handle event requests for recording video, with quick editing turnaround time and suitable quality to enable uploading of clips onto the company’s social media channels
• Identify equipment needs and maintain current equipment (including software / OS)
• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency

• Payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies; acting as the Primary Point of Contact for all employees for addressing payroll related queries
• Managing end- to-end payroll processing, maintaining payroll information by designing systems, ensuring accurate and timely compliance with statutory obligations the collection & processing of data entailing computation of salaries and filing of PF, TDS, statutory returns, etc Payroll Migration, interfacing with multi-location teams for identifying and defining data to be migrated. Tender biometric machines, producing appropriate process documentation and coordinating the Payroll Migration activities
• Data integrity between various HR, Rostering teams, Timekeeping and Payroll systems. Regular audits of interface of employee master data from HR system to downstream applications. Ensuring all new payroll policies, deployments and processes are effectively communicated to the employees
• Maintain open communication channels with employees to ensure expectations are clarified and updated
• Employee query resolution (Including Queries on income tax and flexible benefit plan)
• Handling Internal and External Audits on Payroll process and system
• Responsible for year-end activities involving Income tax proof collections, data cleansing, Issue of Form 16 and filing of Annual and Quarterly IT returns
• Effectively coordinate with Bank and Payroll vendor for payroll processing
• Maintenance and timely updation of Attendance Records & Leave Management
• Should be adept at software implementation and keeping abreast with the recent changes in labour laws and compliance

Job Responsibilities:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in data driven business problem solving
• Fundamental knowledge and understanding of analytics and data science
• Minimum 1 year experience in using Jupyter Notebooks and Python to manipulate data and draw insights from data sets
• Experience with open-source ML/math toolkits such as scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, etc.
• Experience in creating and using machine learning algorithms and statistics such as regression, modeling, clustering, decision trees, neural networks, etc.
• Experience with open-source DL toolkits such as TensorFlow, Pytorch etc.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to present complex concepts in easy to understand language
• Most importantly, great attitude, work ethic, problem solving & critical thinking skills, with hunger to learn and grow, and passion for education.
